Product Details

The unique proprietary internal mechanism of the Sideswipe EDC pen gives it an action that can't be beat.  Whether you need to deploy it quickly or fidget with it while you think, the metal and ceramic mechanism is a joy to use.  Check out the video to see the action.

Our signature 3d milled Dragonskin option gives this pen a look and feel that is unmatched.  Grippy yet smooth fine Dragonskin feel great and is exclusive to the Focusworks Underground.  You'll have to use your imagination a bit I didn't model the dragonskin on the end green part but it will fully cover the body.  It'll also be on the clip.

Your other exclusive options are the G10 inserts in your Sideswipe.  These are available in white, black, jade and orange.

  • Machined Titanium
  • 3d milled Dragonskin grip pattern
  • G10 inlays
  • Comes with a Black Schmidt Easyflo 9000 M refill
    • Fits most Parker G2 style refills
    • Does not fit Energel or Pilot G2 refills
  • Machined Pocket Clip
  • Diameter: 7/16" (11mm)
  • Length: 5-3/8" (136mm)
  • Weight: 40 grams

PS.  The zirconium bolt could be an issue for scratching but I'm not sure yet.  If they scratch up I may have to substitute an ultem bolt.

PSS. If you want a left hand mechanism make a note on your order.

Jacob ★★★★★

The internal mechanism on this thing is the real deal—every click feels deliberate and solid, like it was machined to perfection. I catch myself fidgeting with it during calls more than actually writing, but that action alone justifies the price.

Alexander ★★★★★

I've had this pen for three weeks now and the fidget factor is unreal—the action is so smooth that I catch myself clicking it during every meeting. The metal body has a nice weight to it that makes deploying the tip feel deliberate and satisfying.

Michael ★★★★★

The internal mechanism on this pen is so smooth it's almost addictive to click, and the metal body has a nice weight. It deploys fast enough for jotting notes, but I find myself fidgeting with it during meetings too.
